We contact a company only when we have identified funds in its name. From that point the work is ours and every decision remains the company's.
Our fee is a percentage of funds actually received, never of the amount identified. It is set in writing before any work begins and is at or below any limit the law sets.
The company pays nothing out of pocket. There is no retainer, no minimum and no charge to see what we found.
Every claim remains in the company's name. We take no assignment and do not purchase claims.
Nothing is done in the company's name without its written approval. Either party may end an engagement on notice.
A finance team should never have to pay to find out whether it is owed money.
We act for owner-operated and sponsor-backed companies, principally in the middle market, and for the advisers who serve them.
